▶  Measure your site measurement.

▶  Select the sizes and frame colour.

▶  Get the price.

▶  Please chat with us before placing your order or making a payment.

▶  After chatting and confirming your order, please place your order.

▶  Once we receive the order, our salesperson will contact you directly and ask for your full details.

▶  Within 3 days we will arrange technician to go to your house/site to take the actual site measurement.

▶  After site measurement, the factory will proceed with the order and will install it within 21 working days.

▶  Before 2 days of installation, customer service will call you to set an appointment for the installation.

▶  After installation, the customer will successfully have 5 years warranty on the mechanism.

For outside Klang Valley buyers, please contact us for confirmation before making any purchase. We do not provide free delivery and installation for outstation.

▶ Dalam masa 3 hari kami akan mengaturkan juruteknik untuk ke rumah/tapak anda untuk mengambil ukuran tapak sebenar.

▶ Selepas pengukuran tapak, kilang akan meneruskan pesanan dan akan memasangnya dalam masa 21 hari bekerja.

▶ Sebelum 2 hari pemasangan, perkhidmatan pelanggan akan menghubungi anda untuk menetapkan temujanji untuk pemasangan.

▶ Selepas pemasangan, pelanggan akan berjaya mendapat jaminan selama 5 tahun pada mekanisme tersebut.
